James and Louis, I went out and dug my old mule drive out of the vines and leaves and stuff. My pullys are 3" OD, not 3 1/2 as Louis noted. Also your pullies appear to be replacements, are they the correct diameter. (mine are 2 stamped halfs spot welded with a bearing inbetween). As far as the...

Nathan, This is a great place to look for info... http://cubfaq.com/electriclift.html Actually meant the whole Q&A section which is the second Freq Asked Questions at the top of the home page. Hit FAQ then CUBFAQ on top right. Cub Cadet Specialties has some parts for those, see the business...

Harry, sometimes you can threaten things with the possibility of outside force, and they finally see things your way!

Marty, pretty much agree with your meter observations. I also was a service rep and had a decent meter. But, for many new people a costly meter may not really be necessary. Dropping it in the mud, stepping on it, etc. PS: I'm sure you know what happens when you check your battery voltage on the...

Marty and others, Harbor Freight has free meters with a coupon. They work well enough to take care of all Cubs problems. If the meter gives you problems, just step on it and get another one!

Oh wow is it bright in here now. Charlie are those new bulbs the LED type? Sure do look nice. Did you get yourself a LED flashlight while you were there?

    Scrappy came, Shadow went

Ya that can be a real bitch. I've lost track of all the cats mainly, and a couple dogs that died on their own or had to be put to sleep. I'm at a point in life where there will not be any replacement for pets that exit this life.

Ed M. did a little searching on your blades and noted your finding of not available. But, one location said a GRAVELY dealer maybe able to order them for you. Also STENS parts supplier may have them. E-mail Charlie here at Cub and see if he can inquire for you.

Jim MacD. Harbor Freight has furniture dollies on sale for $8.99 that hold 1000#s each. I would think some blocks of 4x4 or 6x6 bolted to the dollies that fit under the axels could work for you. The wheels turn 360* so just push it around.
