    Hoping that the advice on flattening the head and new gasket works for you.This is my thought,I would use a thread restorer and not a tap as they cut to aggressively. A thread restorer just reforms and moves the thread without removing metal.I use my kit on my old girl often,

    I take a paint pen and write the fully charged battery reading on the battery.I can check periodically, before,after using or after sitting for a long time.A multi meter and a battery maintainer are great tools to have in a guys arsenal

    128 clutch removal

    Gary,nice post.I'm just throwing this out there.I got the front pin loosened up a bit by using a 'C' clamp that had that swivel surface pad removed.The part on the screw thats left has a nub that fits in the pin.I used a socket for clearance on the other end.My question for the others here...

    Maybe not in your situation, but since coils sometimes get hot they fail,cool off,way you go,hot,stop,extra tractor,or coil,or friends coil,worth a try

    Like Matt has asked,we need more info.We understand what's happening. What have you done?Fresh fuel,fuel flow,float level,empty bowl?Start some where,post it,our knowledgeable guys have their thinking caps on and their fingers on the keyboard. They would be happy to help
