    My 100 still has the spindles it was born with. Nothing has been modified. Fixed it up mostly to show, but is fully functional. With normal use and maintenance, these tractors will outlast us!

    You can use an ohm meter to check the fuses. Just don't go higher on the amp rating of the fuses.

    Quiet line tractors are OK, but they can be a pain to work on. All those shields and quieting features really get in the way.

    After the Rustoleum rusty metal primer catastrophe, I only use Rustoleum gray automotive primer. Never had any issues with shades of yellow or white.     Case IH Irongard is the only paint I use! I have painted 5 complete tractors with no issues.

    rusty primer

    Case IH Irongard does not work on rustoleum rusty metal primer!!! I tried it once, and the paint wrinkled up like crazy. Had to strip it down to the metal and start over. I strongly recommend you try it on a small piece first, to see how it does.

    Yes. Go to the IH cub cadet tractor thread and select that. Then click on CC manuals, then click on CC manuals again. Then click on Tractor operator, or tractor service. Then select QL (quiet line) operator or service. :bluethumbsup:
