    1X9/8 Grille insert springs

    I believe you need to turn it to the 9 O'clock position so the hook catches down in the square depression in the grille. The grille is some type of plastic composite material.

    Primer on engine ?

    Not sure about cast iron, but no primer on regular metal will cause the paint to flake off easily later on. At least that is what I have seen. I have also seen paint flake off of primer, because the primer was not properly prepped before painting. As Matt stated, the engine will rust if not...

    Although rare to happen, I have seen these types of fuses look fine, but read "OL" on an ohm meter.

    Red spring is a stiffer spring. Should allow for more strength pulling, before the clutch starts slipping. Under normal use, the standard spring should work fine.

    Go lightly on the primer and paint for the engine. Those cooling fins need to be able to dissipate the heat. I personally do not paint the head either.

    One owner that i became the owner of by default

    Mitchel, I can relate some to that. I have been working almost all month in the boiler room at work also. It usually gets up to around 110 degrees there during the day. Sure will be glad when October gets here!
