When I was on the phone with my dealer, he told me of a back up o-ring that is used on the 3000 series. He described it as plastic spacer that pushes harder on the o-ring.     I'm not sure that would work. It's a tube with a shoulder on it that pushes the o-ring inside the boss on the lift valve. It's hard to describe. I just called the dealer I go through, and they put the word out on cubs dealer network, so hopefully there's one new one still on a shelf somewhere...

    If you don't want to spend the money on a new fuel shutoff solenoid, you could just remove it and cut the end off and reinstall it. However, it may, MAY, backfire when you shut the tractor down.     I'm pretty pumped about it. The pass comes with 3 days instruction from team yamaha riders. That's what I'm the most excited about, actually learning how to be fast, instead of just twisting the throttle and holding on!
