    I've owned 3 60" Haban decks. the only repair I ever did was caster replacement. In my mind a Haban matched up to a Super is unbeatable. Is there a good source today for casters for the Haban. There's a 2284 on CL Mansfielf for $1300, 700 hours but a 54" deck.

    I think I have a three point from a Cub 5252. It might be compatible. I bought it new in 2006? The hydro failed and I sold it rather than repairing it. Parts on a three year old tractor were sketchy. I'll check tomorrow.

    Hi Paul, I'm not sure about this but I believe you could put one together at TSC or many online stores, they are pretty standardized and I'm guessing the mower deck is worth 2 to 3 times the price of the three point

    Hey Mark, Is that product similar to POR-15? I've used that on a number of jobs and was really happy with it. I did the battery box on my 2284 and spot painted some decks anf blades before repainting. The only difficulty was reopening a can that was used.

    I had two different 1872's over the years and both had the gas bleeding into the oil problem. I guessed it was a stuck float issue but took the lazy way out with an electric fuel shutoff. I would know immediately the fuel had infiltrated when I hit the starter, can't compress gas and then taking...
