Cub Cadet qa42a soon to be qa42b snowthrower

On mine, I start the PTO at about 1/4 throttle. I'm not sure if the PTO needs adjusted on your 782 but on the 1450 and the 1864 it doesn't just engage immediately but there's a second of easing in to full engagement. I remember the first time I mowed my parents yard with their JD and that thing...

    Anyone looking for a 782D?

Watch, not too many will show up and out of those that do, nobody will even know what it's worth and it'll sell for $500. 🤔🤣

    Late night mowing "au-naturel" 🤣

    Greetings From Georgia

Welcome from another Cubsylvanian... I have a 100 as well and the 70 / 100 is my favorite styled Cub 👍😎👍

    Headlights

Regular bulbs are ok but LEDs will allow you to count the hairs on a mosquito's *** at the end of your driveway.

    What is going on here?

1985 CCC 782 built red for IH dealerships. Geesh, how hard would it be to just stamp month/year/model/and an A or B for IH or CCC? Heck, they could even put a 1 or 2 at the end to designate single or dual hydraulic ports. Instead, you need a decoder wheel to figure it out...

    What is going on here?

Geez... I actually found the answer on a tractor forum. CCC website doesn't recognize the model number 🤨

    What is going on here?

I've tried finding out what model and year and I can't find anything on this?... Am I missing something??

    Hello from Illinois

QA36A will work, not a QA36. Better if you can find a QA42A for the added width.

    82 series and on

My brother bought a 782 and without taking a look at it, I'm curious why the design change for the front offset deck hanger from the original wide frame design?

Holy cow, is that Windows ME??!! 🤔😳

    Scrapping out CC 169

It's the strict emissions... Nobody wants the liability for getting it useable again. 🤣 All jokes aside, yes, advertise it for sale as a whole unit. If you don't know how to do FB marketplace, have a younger family member post some pictures of it. If you still want to try saving it, check out a...

    Hello from Illinois

When I was selling cars, manager told me that any deal was a good deal as long as the customer thought so. Me, myself, couldn't get past ripping people off so my career was short lived. But there's truth to that...in saying that if you were happy with what you spent, that's all that matters. It...

Cub Cadet dealer auction. 8460 EDINBORO RD, MCKEAN, PA 16426 12/10/22

Call PA State Po-Po... Explain it's a Cub Cadet auction and ask for an escort. Probably make it in 3-1/2 hours...🤪

    Something cool...

I was killing some time before our borough meeting and just stumbled across these on FB... 👍😎👍

    Finally after 7 years a QA 36

My QA-42a throws snow very well. I was unaware that there were 4 paddle and 2 paddle versions until Charlie mentioned it last year. My CW-36 on my 100 is a 2 paddle and it's not aged well...so it basically sucked. But I haven't clogged the chute once on my QA-42 on the 1450, no matter what type...

Cold and a 1650 Hydro Unit

Yeppers, like Charlie said, they sure do make the noise. There was another post about using magnetic heaters... That could be an option if you don't want to let it sit and run for 10 minutes before using.
