model 17AE2ACG756: Changed out the PTO switch, then changed out the clutch, but the engine will not turn over. Checked the battery 14V. When I turn on the ignition switch the red PTO/Blade light comes on. Any suggestions? Also, can I bypass the pto switch in order to get the mower into the tool shed? If so, how do I do it? Thank you in advance
