I bought a cub 1872 it isn’t getting any spark I replaced the magneto. I by passed the safety switches it turns over but still no spark I’m really stumped what else do I check

You could have a bad ignition switch the white wire on the switch is what goes to the coil and grounds it out when you turn key off. If the switch shorts out it won’t let it spark.

Disconnect the 3 wire plug on the left at the fan shroud......this eliminates any safety switch or ignition switch faults.......be sure to use to choke to kill the engine if it fires up.....
Also be sure engine is turning over fast enough for fhe mag to create spark....over the years I've had a few aftermarket mags to not fire if the engine turns over to slowly..
..found this out by an engine firing up and running on the test stand but would not spark in the tractor.......the tractor battery was weak and the test stand battery was fresh....

What three wire plug I put a new coil on I a new ignition switch I bypassed the seat switch I by passed the switch for the brakes what other safety switches is there

There is a wire plug on the left side of the tractor which lies on top of the fan housing.......it contains 2 charging wires and mag kill wire(white) ......when you disconnect at that point, you take the safety switches and the ignition switch out of the circuit......
Also , Be sure the engine is spinning over fast enough to activate the magneto......the smaller batteries in the 1989 and previous Supers sometimes doesnt spin fast enough to create spark......thats the first thing that I would check is the engine cranking speed.....

Disconnect the wire from the bottom of the coil .the wire has a diod .so the coil does not short each other out.I had a 1811 with bad diod replaced wire assembly it ran good.
