Decided to try something today, nothing fancy, chuck roast with McCormick dry rub and salt. 3 hours with some mesquite... I'm impressed and ready to step it up a notch! Have a great weekend everyone

Yeah, I got it out yesterday and put it on around 12:30...so easy, I swear I don't know why I haven't done this earlier.
I used to do that with "english roasts"..fine eating
