Tire Chains

Was wondering if anyone would happen to know how long and wide tire chains need to be for a 23 8.50 x 12 tire? Buddy and i have a chance to buy alot of them unsorted but need some info if they would work. Thanks Jim

Jim, I just measured one of my tire chains that are for 23 8.50 x 12 tires and it is 12.5" wide, 48" from the first cross chain to the last and the overall length from the hook to the last link is 57.5" long.

good morning, I made a mistake, the tire is a 23 10.5x12. I do apologize for my ignorance. if someone has that measurement it be very helpful. Thanks for all the help. Jim

The only measurement that will change is the width and that should be 14 in so the ones you need should be 14 Wide 48 from first to last cross chain and 57.5 total length for a good ssfe fit.
