A couple of months ago, I had a fire on my 1572 diesel. I got everything rewired and in working order except for the temperature gauge. I am having real difficulties getting this gauge to work. I bought an electric gauge at Napa. If I wire the gauge like the gauge reccomends, it will peg the gauge to 250 without the tractor running. I tried switching all the wires, but it either it pegs all the way over to 250, or it doesn't move at all. Does anyone have any ideas on how to wire this so it works?
Thanks for any help.
