Turns out that this time it was the brake lever between the spring and the brake disc was stuck. When I applied the brake,  the spring moved but nothing else did.  I sprayed lubricant on it and now it's good to go again.  Warranty runs out in 3 days.  Gotta love it! So next time,  I'm sure it'll be the transmission or something more costly.  At which time,  it may become a yard ornament.
