Landon, if you’re gonna blade snow, particularly on pavement, then I’d strongly recommend one of these:
Rubber Wear Strip

I put one on my dozer blade, and it transformed into a snow-sqweegee delight for pushing snow. Couldn’t believe how effective (and tough) it is!

Rather inexpensive and very simple upgrade, well-worth considering.
