Has anyone ever modified narrow frame spindles to fit on a wide frame axle? I know super axles exist I'm just trying to see what I can work with.

You will have to add to the top of each NF knuckle and drill a hole in the piece you add to the left side knuckle to correspond with the correct orientation of the drag link arm that pins to the top.
Or you could cut 1" off the bottom of the WF axle.
What's the point here?
All you will gain is a bit of width on the wheel base of the front axle.
Seems like a he!! of a lot of bother, too much for me anyway.

Should lift the front the couple inches I need
Looking into wide frame axles further I see there is spacer bushings that the knuckle bolts go through in the ends of the axles. When removed is the hole in the axle 3/4" in diameter?
