I have a 1968 model 125 and want to put new axle seals in and change the transmission filter and oil. It has an old IH filter and I can't read the part number to find a cross match for it. Can someone please be able to point me the right direction? I have a napa near me and they said they could try and match something up for me but I want to make sure I have the correct filter. Thanks

I'd hate to think that a parts store wasn't smart enough to look it up in the book to do a cross reference if you told them Cub Cadet 125!

If you have a Napa nearby then have them get you a 1410 hydraulic filter. My son has the exact same mower and this is the filter we used.

Thanks for all the help. And yes I thought the same thing about the parts stores but it seems like they are over run by kids that really don't know too much it's not like the old days where you needed a belt took it there and matched it up for you. Now it's all computers and if it's not in the computer they don't know much about it....kind of like going to a convience store and they give you a dumb look if you pay cash. But thanks for all your information. And I will definitely try Charlie out.
