AFAIK, Not the same, 20hp is stroked.
 
Case halves are probably the same, but jugs, pistons, rods, crank, etc. would be different. If you want to know for sure what the differences are, check the parts lookup link on the main page.
 
the halves are what im wondering about.cant find any parts numbers on the parts look up
