2 lengths of telescoping bushing stock tube permit easy full 360 rotation.
Drill through both to insert a stop pin at locations of your choice.
MUST be mounted on a HEAVY welding table or work bench that is secured to the floor or wall to prevent upset.
To mount on your welding table to secure an engine for overhaul.
