k161 governor questions

Hello forum members. Is this the correct and only peice I need for my IH Cub Cadet 70 with a Kohler k161 7hp engine? Idk if it was bad, could’ve been since it always revved so high, but I’m told I should replace it either way while I’m rebuilding the motor since the nylon is notorious for failing. Does anyone here have one cheaper for sale? Thanks for your time.
