Help with identifying

Hello All. Saw this on FB marketplace (see photos) and was curious as to general thoughts on the model. At first was thinking a 1450 but with the fuel inlet through the hood and dash design, was possibly thinking a yellow 782? Any reply or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

A 782 would be my Knee-Jerk thought.
As Digger mentioned, can you find the ID tag. Possibly by your left heal as you sit on it.

Definitely a frankenstein. Could be a 1211 that someone put red panels on. Or a 680/1282 maybe?
