Les just picked a 3100 and is contemplating an engine swap into his oil blowing 1872.
What if any issues will he be looking at here??
Thanks in advance guys.

Commands are usually a pretty easy swap.....

Getting the driveline coupled up is what I found to be the toughest part. I've done a couple now and had enough parts laying around. They say a 2000 and 3000 series drive shaft will slide over a drive shaft of a 82 series and weld it together. I don't know I would like that or not. Other than that its pretty easy as Mr. Blunier said.

Dave - let me know if Les wants to move on that worn out M18 to a good home...
