Who all has Cub diesels with a straight pipe? My muffler rattles pretty bad at lower rpms. Wondering how noisy they are with a straight pipe. I plan to mow with mine.

Yes, very interested myself.

Mine is loud with Turbo.

Cheap fix would be using a Farmall Cub muffler with fabricated adapter.

OR......$20 shotgun ear muffs from sporting goods store......

I ran a little Kubota that I think had the same engine with a straight exhaust, no turbo, and I didn't care for it mowing one day for 7 hours. I did something like Steve said about the cub muffler. I "borrowed" it off another tractor at the farm I was helping at. Cured that problem.
