Probably no one will tell how to disable a safety feature in a public forum.
I will not tell you how, I think you need to understand how it works and what activates it
The newer Cubs like my 50th anniversary edition (2011) have an ignition/starter switch that allows one to do just that.

found out there are 2 way to do it
Someone gave me a John Deere LT160. It has a button you can push before you back up that keeps the blades moving.
My JD X585 has a setup like that, you lift up on the PTO engagement lever before you back up and the PTO stays engaged.
