Cub Cadet 1864 deck replacement

I need to replace my 42" in the near future. Finding one the is a direct fit is getting hard to do. Newer decks are easier to find, so I've decided to try to take the mounts off my old deck and attach them to a newer deck. I'm not new to fabricating with a torch and a welder. I have all the tools and equipment to do the job. I would like to put a 54" deck on my tractor. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!!

I'll look this over, but I would like to use a newer deck, maybe in the 2000 to 2008??
