This may be already be posted, but here is the Cub and Cub Cadet production numbers for the IH 1976 Year. This may be helpful to determine the popularity or rarity of your tractor.

Interesting that the 1450's had overtaken the 1250 as the most popular model even though the 1250's were cheaper. I recall near the tail end of the 1x8/9 series production, that farmers in our area started buying 149's over the 129 at our dealership. For many years the 12 hp hydro's were most popular model. There were some good years for farmers in the mid-70's and farmers had more income to step up to the higher hp and hydraulic lift.. The 149's w/the hydraulic lift were so cool!
