New to the CC and to the forum. Thanks for keeping this going. I own a 1212 (think CC calls it a 212) Seems this model is not that popular.

Judging from the serial numbers listed in Parts Lookup MTD only made about 300 of these tractors, beginning in 2001:

1212 S/N 1H019H - 1H310H, 14AJ808H101
1212 S/N 1I010H-, 14AJ808H101 (2001)

However, you could think of it this way: you have a very RARE lawn tractor.

The OHV V-Twin B&S Intek motor would seem to have plenty of power, how do you like the 2-speed transmission?
 
99% of the time I am in the top gear. The lower gear feels like it has plenty of power but I am not towing anything or plowing so it is almost useless.

As for it's rarity, that explains why I can't find an of the attachments anymore...
