I restored the disc about 8 years ago or so and the plow I just cleaned up a little about 8 years ago. They have always been stored inside since I have owned them.
Plow $300

I would entertain the thought of trading for a disc like these. 6'-8' Something I could pull behind an Allis-Chalmers WD.

I have a 11ft IH tandem disk that I used with my WD until I traded it for a Yanmar Cadet 3250. It worked very good with the WD. It's a newer version then the IH you have pictured. I think it is a model 37.....Ken
