Brinkley hitch/lift for agri-fab aerator

Would like info on how to modify my aerator to lift using my brinkley hitch on my Cub 149. I'm not handy doing metal work, so I'd like drawings/plan to show my relative.

One can pick it up to skip over walks and drives as well as back into corners.
