Me and my brother just got this tractor given to us and we don't know a cotton pickin thing about it...we are wondering if anyone out there knows what year it could be...it has a wisconsin engine...our major problem is the the parking brake is stuck on so the rear wheels are locked up is there anyway that we could fix this problem...please email me at [email protected] with any info
