Etan,
I have no knowledge on that, but man that would be cool!

Shultzie-what got me thinking about it was I was looking at C/L and I found I 149 with a 25 lb propane tank attached to the rear of the tractor I mentioned my amazement about it to my engine guy he seemed to indicate that it was very doable that only minor conversations would be necessary he mentioned also getting a propane compatibility carburetor

Shultzie- yes I think it’s a nifty idea and I’d like to try it.why not with a tractor that’s a total tear down and rebuild,I just don’t want to modify a K321aqs and eff it up if you know what I mean

I think more research and R&D will be need to try this propane setup on my double stick 1450

From what I understand from the news tonight you fellas in the upper Midwest are going to have a chance to use your plows and snowthrowers still in the seventies here...very weird

Ethan K. Don't say that. My oldest grand daughter is coming this weekend to help me sort through things.

My oldest son and I are reviewing plan B for the Cub Cadet stuff.... a storage shed back in eastern Iowa.

Marlin I hope the storage shed works out for you that would suck to give up a hobby...Just when your settling in to retire, and you’d have the time for said hobby

Can someone help me out with the diameter and length the screws are to mount an oil bath on an original?

Hey all, anyone have a photo of fuel line, carb, sediment bowl set up on a CC 70? Not sure how that looked originally.

Timothy D - there are 2 small brackets that are used to mount an oil bath on an original. I'm hopeful Kraig - the Great One Keeper of the Photos might post a pic for you to see. Someone else will have to provide exact details about the screws used on these brackets.

Ray M - same goes for you. Hopefully Kraig can post some photos so you can see the fuel line, carb and sediment bowl filter on a CC 70.

Ray,

Go down to the manuals section and look at the 70/100 operator's manual. There are several pics in there.

Ray,

Here is the best I can do for now.

Excuse the incorrect muffler, it now has the proper one on it. LOL!

It's Friday!
Is everyone outside working on their cubs?
Planned to paint some more tomorrow, but as usual, they are calling for rain.

Passing sprinkles during the day, so I may still have a chance. Hopefully.

Uh Oh! Just saw on the news there is a lot of snow up north.
Charlie, You snowed in?

Speaking of snow, just looked at an IH snow thrower on CL for 125 bucks. Debating on whether to go look at it or not.
We usually only get one snow per year over three inches deep. May not be feasible for around here.

Had to borrow this pic from the Web. This General, built by The Cleveland Tractor Company, is what we had for a tractor in the early 1960's. Single front wheel and crank start.

I should credit TractorData.com for this.

Frank,

Kind of looks like this thing.
It is listed as a Shaw Duall.
Should it have been a Shaw Do-All?
