Carolyn and I are going to pick up our recent purchase in a week or so, a 2011 Lance model 1181 truck camper that will ride on the 2015 Ram 3500 I picked up in June.

Will be also able to tow a small trailer large enough to haul 2 Cubs at least. This will make going to shows, RPRU's, plow days and maybe even a trip to CC Specialties a breeze as the motel search will be a thing of the past when it comes to these activities, I hope.

Hoping to strike up this thread with other TC enthusiasts that just happen to be TC fans/users as well.

Film at eleven!!.....

We have a Jayco pop up camper. We're headed to the Sky valley show this weekend. The Jayco is pretty light so my 79 Ford F250 hauls it pretty easy. We tow a 16ft trailer behind us loaded with the tractors, usually the 106/loader, 149, and the Magnatrac/loader. Makes going to shows nicer and other events. have fun with your camper

Heading north this morning to Rollag, MN for the big steam power show.

May also take in a show at Dalton, MN the weekend after where IH will be the feature tractor hosted by 2 IH collector chapters in that area.

David,

Nice looking setup. Enjoy the weekend at the show.

On a side note, I really like the colors on your truck. We had an F-150 and an E-150 in the 80's that were brown and tan. We really liked the paint colors and scheme. Ford now has the Kodiac Brown on the trucks.... which is close to the brown on your truck.

Dave it looks good, any pictures of the underside mount?

My son and I threw this together yesterday from stuff we had laying around. The only thing I had to buy was the 3"X3"x3/16" wall tube for the legs.
We made it 7' long and included a provision to store the SuperTruss as well.

Paint will have to wait till next year!
I think this will work out fine and is much more HD than the Lance dolly I saw at a dealer last month.
Now I can store the 1181 in the corner of the shop this winter and still have room for the Ram.
