782 Hydro Front Rim Options

Hi All,
Does anyone know if Cub Cadet offered an optional front rim for the 782 Hydro. Mine is a CCC version...all original....1986 YOM. It has the original rims and 16x6.50x8 Goodyear Terra-A-Trac tires on it. Now that they are pretty much cycled out and dry rotted. I am planning on putting the V1 tires from Millers on it.

Just wondering if there was a wider rim!

First off, WELCOME! I looked through the various brochures that I have and didn't see any mention of optional front tires or rims for the 782. The 16x6.50x8 were the standard size front tire and rim.

The Super Garden Tractors used a larger front wheel/tire. 18x8.50x8

I would advise against going to a larger diameter rim as a tractor uses the tire for its suspension - lower profile tire has less cushion. To keep the same overall height you will need to use a lower profile tire with a larger diameter wheel - wider is fine, lower profile will make it ride much worse.
