Can that size go on my Cub 1450 if the tire size is 23x10:50-12 ?

Each size takes a different wheel. If the 23 x 8.50-12 tires come on wheels they will fit on the tractor.

Well, you can mount them, but they will look a bit odd.

The 8.50 (23 X 8.50 X 12) tire is about 2" narrower than the 10.50 tire. (23 X 8.50 X 12) And you may need tubes inside to push them out enough to seat on the bead.

Well I typed that wrong. But maybe you get the idea. The 8.50 wide tire is 2" narrower than the 10.50 tire.
