1811 points of concern ?

Hello all, I'm going to look at an 1811 tomorrow..50 " deck... Anything i should be on the look out for problem or leak wise ?

Both crankshaft seals tend to leak but are not expensive to replace after removing the engine.
The 50" decks tend to crack around the wheel mounts, easily fixed with a little welding

Rode hard a put away wet and salty...wow...he still owns it..lol
