No. 2084 has a different ratio reduction gear, and the hydro pump input shaft is splined, and they hydro is ported. 1810 has a round shaft for a coupling attached with a spirol pin, is not ported for aux hydraulics. You cannot swap the transaxle or hydro unit with that combo and have it work.

My 1811 hydro is dead. The outside pin was broken and I replaced but still did not move. Any suggestions? Can you tell be any model rears that will work with 1811? The present hydro was grabbing and I think I would just like to replace the whole rear, but I can not find an 1811 rear.

Does the hydraulic lift still work? Is the fluid level correct? When is the last time the filter has been replaced? If all of that is ok, it is possible the little pin that drives the charge pump has sheared off.

These units are very reliable and it is pretty unusual for them to fail.

1979-1989 782/782D/1806/1810/1811/1812/1711/1712/1210/1211 and I'm sure I'm missing a few models will interchange hydro units/diffs. 1979-early 82 will be the good cast iron IH built units, but the later aluminum rears are good too.
