While the 104 has been difficult I did get to spend some quality time with the 1512 over the weekend. There were multiple blow downs and damaged trees I needed to add to my firewood supply. None of these are huge trees but they still burn and at most need to be split once!

Very nice! I heated with wood for over 25 years, most of it came via semi loads of 8' logs but I would scrounge it from other sources as well. I installed a geothermal heating and cooling system a couple of years ago but still have the wood furnace for backup. I love seeing firewood. Looks like you have a nice forest there to harvest from.
