Want to install a new Extreme clutch. Do i need a pulley pull tool? is this gonna be tough job ?

No you don't and about 30 minutes and 15 of that is getting at the PTO.
Bear in mind, the Extreme clutch pulley is for 5/8" belts, so you'll have to adjust what ever belts your using accordingly. They don't make 1/2" pulley PTO's for QL's.Stevenovick1

Will 5/8 belts fit on the pulleys on the tractor were the 1/2 “ belts did?

Digger do you sell clutches for 1450 made in USA ?
Already answered that question above.
I have NOS made by Warner and Xtreme both. Just depends on how much you wanna spend. The later Warner like the Xtreme's are/were not made in the USA.
