1320 Deck Clutch Linkage Specs?

Newbie here, fixing up a 1320 for a friend of mine. The clutch linkage rod for the deck is missing. There are two, this is the one that fits in a slotted hole in the pulley carrier. Cub part # is 747-3123A.
I have discovered this part is NLA, not even a used one on-line.
I could make one if I knew the specs, so if anyone out there could measure theirs, I'd appreciate it.
