Hi all! I have a 1967 102. Wonderful machine! The only thing I have yet to figure out, is exactly how to take the tension off the front PTO mule drive main mower belt.
I know from the 42" mower manual to pull the deck lift lever all the way back, then move the front PTO engagement ever forward to open the space between the buttons on the front PTO. Will this remove enough tension on the main mule drive belt to allow me to remove it and take the mower off?

You have to loosen the nut on the tensioner bolt, item N in this figure in the owner's manual:
