So I started my 100 yesterday and I look down and oil was all over the front tire. The oil appears to be coming out of the valve cover. What is causing this? Thanks.

100 oil leak

Sounds like there may be something amiss with the breather.
The breather is built into the cover for the valve chamber. Holes 3 and 5 would be in the 100's engine block, which should be a 10hp K241. Make sure that neither hole 3 or 5 are blocked.
