    Solenoid

Yup, that's what I put on my 782. Any 'fender mount' solenoid would work perfectly

Finally got to use the blade!

    My version.

Finally got to use the blade!

I did a similar wing setup. Mine are very quick to remove. With both installed it acts like a Pusher to get snow away from an area. I tend to put 1 wing on and angle plow, it helps to get snow to windrow on one side while not letting ang out the other side. With slow travelling cubs, snow...

    Score!

No one ever said that Hobbies arent a way to throw money away. Very pretty tractor, lots of nice custom work...but...useless

    Found an original

I hope you grab it. It sounds like you have the Hands-on to save this ole girl. Itll pull and push, thats what they were designed to do. These are Garden Tractors that can mow. As opposed to Riding Lawnowers that try and push/pull. If you cant find one, Im sure you can build a snow plow- dozer...

1974 IH Cub Cadet 1650 with 42" Mower and Blower

Curious; Do the bearings in the front wheels hold up to such a heavy load? Lots of larger ag tractors (3000 series) with front loaders have a hard time with front bearings.

    Monkeying around in Shultzie's garage

You're talking commin and sense protection. Im talking about the stupidity warning labels. To gear up for your Chipper just to use a pair of scissors

Fuel pump or no fuel pump?

Even if the gas tank is above the carburetor, the fuel pump, with the correct pressure, should not push thru the needle valve. As mentioned, the 782 tank is not 100% above the Carb. You need the pump.

    Monkeying around in Shultzie's garage

Ha ha long before this country went overkill on safety. Steel tip shoes, chaps, leather gloves, ear protection, eye protection, hard hat and Work partner. NOW you are geared up to snap those two twigs and put them in the garbage.

99 Cub Cadet 7300 Grinding noise

Those resonating squeaks/rattles can be tough to isolate. Cars and tractors alike. Glad it was an easy and cheap fix

Shoes, slacks and weekend sweater. I remember those days. No full grown man owned Sneakers/ tennis shoes

    Cub Cadet 107

What an odd mower. The Deck and wheels look like retro 1960's mower while the engine and controls look modern. Engine looks like a B&S 500E series....plastic carburetor. Can you loosen that handle and rotate the handlebars to the side? Like for running alongside a building? Made by Husqvarna...

Hydraulic tee for installing rear ports

I guess you dont have to shut off the front when using thd back so you can just Tee in. This will allow front or rear depending on where the implement is. Thanks

Hydraulic tee for installing rear ports

You will need to verify thread sizes , but something like these valves could do it. The kit from the previous Post looks like a good way to go. OR Put one valve each on your front and run hoses to rear off the Tee. Put both valves as a thru for the front hydraulics, with quick connects. Turn...

    Monkeying around in Shultzie's garage

I didnt realize you already made the cable bracket. Looking at your last picture, your knee will protect those nice shorty cables. You'll be fine.

    Monkeying around in Shultzie's garage

FYI These Husky Splitters are made by a company called Speeco. Aside from the paint job the Husky, the Countyline, and a few others are identical. Can you make up small brackets and linkage to keep the throttle on the engine? With logs bouncing around, cables wouldnt be optimum.

Why does nobody want these things?

Geeze. The tires are worth something. It would be nice to swap out Summer/winter tires on the Cub. In a few weeks itll be Snow Tire Day. The kids come over with tires in trunk and we swap in the Snows. Kinda became tradition. Where in NY?

    Coil problem?

What do you consider a 'Real Jeep'?

Wish you were closer, i just retired my K17. The Carb, Coil (harley davidson coil) Starter are all functional. Retired this running engine because of bad oil leak.
