    Well, I am getting there. The points fixed the problem, but when the engine is under strain, it boggs down and the governer isn't kicking in to give more power to the engine. Can anyone tell me how to adjust it properly? Is it an easy task? I tried to follow the intructions from the repair...

    Don, Thanks for the tip. I will try that. Frank, How do i correct the timing? Is that in the points? I was also told to check the gapping in the points. They say if the points aren't gapped correctly, when they warm up they seperate more causing a lesser strong spark.
