Thanks Gerry. Sorry I don't post much, mostly lurk around and absorb all the wisdom I can. I have learned a lot over the years from just hanging back and picking up on any info I can get about these amazing little tractors. I do have a couple projects in the works. so look foward to some post...

Sorry I haven't posted in a while, I"ve been on a tight budget for a few years, had to give up the internet for a while, but things are looking up. Just got a new place with a nice new pole barn for the cubs. Sorry Marlin I wound up trading the tiller for another "O" a few months ago. I did...

A lady about 8 months pregnant got on a bus.She noticed the man opposite her was smiling at her. She immediately moved to another seat. This time the smile turned into a grin, so she moved again. The man seemed more amused. When on the fourth move, the man burst out laughing, she complained to...

An old woman is riding an elevator in a lavish store when a beautiful woman gets in the elevator, smelling of perfume. She turns to the old woman and says arrogantly, "Romance" by Ralph Lauren, $150 an ounce!" Another beautiful woman gets on the elevator, and turns to her and says, "Chanel No...

There is a 16hp sears tractor with a 8hp tiller and another plow at a local auction this weekend I'm going to try for. I just spoted another sears with the three point and a culivator down the road from my place, I'm going to stop over and see if the owner is willing to seperate the unit. I...

Luther I guess we had a miss camunication somewhere, lol. My three point came with an original sears turning plow not a tiller. Sorry about the missunderstanding. I would love to find a tiller for it though, I just moved into a new place this spring and breaking new ground is a realy...

Thanks for the pics Luther. I've never seen one mounted to another cub, I got mine at a yard sale with the plow a few years ago for only $10. I mounted mine directly to the diff cover, straight up and down with a adapter plate I fabed up at work. I'll fab up one simular to yours and see if that...

Luther H. I love that Sears 3-point! I have one just like it mounted on an Original I use for pulling a sears plow I got with it. Looks like yours is mounted diferently than mine is. Can you post a close up pic of how it's mounted to the tractor. Mine tends to flop back and drop the plow if...

Thanks Marlin, I just got it fired up this morning! I still need to finish assembling every thing. I hooked a battery to the coil, dumped some gas in the tank and pulled it over with a rope on the flywheel. It fired and ran on the second pull!!.

Well that didn't quite work like I had planned. The motor is a K181 and it has good compresion, but I don't think it's the original motor. The frame has been welded. but to me it was worth the money to have another one.

    BP OIL LEAK

This is why they should never drill for oil in the Great Lakes. Something like this would destroy the entire Eco system in the Greatlakes, and probibly kill whats left of Michigans failing economy. Does anyone know if the oil leaked out so far is enough to completely cover one of the Great...

KENtuckyKen, Jeff. I have a simular lift like that on my Original, that I sourced from a old sears gardentractor. Instead of bending the lift arm, I made adapter plates for the top liftlinks. I have been useing this setup for about four years. It's not to bad when lifting my turning plow...

    Pickers

I have a cousin like that. He owns about 20 or so Cubs ranging from atleast 3 Originals to a nice 104 with PTO and 3-point lift. They all sit outside and never get used or restored. He refuses to sell anything. So sad all those old cubs going to waste, it hurst just to go visit the poor...
