    782 Quit while cutting the grass

    Once had something like this happen on my brother's cub cadet, turned out being the shunt on the back of the ammeter corroded preventing battery voltage getting through to the ignition switch. replaced ammeter and was good to go. Good luck, Dave

    Yes I agree with the seat switch also, try to temporarily bypass the switch with a jumper wire and see if it solves the issue. If not I have seen a similar issue when the coil for the PTO clutch starts to go bad and will shut it down but it usually also blows the fuse. Unless someone has...
