    Thank you for the info guys much appreciated! Verified the brakes do work on left pedal. Are they wet brakes or caliper/disc as parts diagram shows both and I forgot to look (tractor is parked at my property an hour away). It is slow cranking with a fresh battery even boosting with truck...

    I needed to replace a Toro 265-6 1995 after a part failed and wasn't viable $$$ to fix. So after looking around a month found a 1450. Serial number 622580. Nothing special condition wise but it runs well and cut the grass/leaves today just fine. I picked it up in the dark last night not...
