    try swapping forward and reverse relief valve see if problem moves to reverse if so have reliefs rebuilt

    awesome bearing splitter worked steering wheel removal seems on going trouble for many but fairly easy with couple things

    i use a small bearing splitter puller under wheel so it does leave marks with tee puller and 3/8 impact pops then right off no damage loosen nut to end of threads leaving full threads in nut to protect threads once wheel pops remove everything
