    Maybe just corroded. Try Kroil or PB Blaster let soak for a while. If you have air and a 1/2" impact, rattle the nut on / off to assist on loosening

    Has to come off to allow the shive to come down to access the belt. Try Kroil or PB Blaster sprayed on the shaft just below the engine, let set a bit and tap down on the clutch.
