    Hi I have had the same issue they are a little bit temperamental, for the pulley issue I finally went one size smaller than the recommended belt size seams to have helped with both issues but I find that if I engaged the blower in the up position at little more than idle it doesn't want to throw...

    The highest octane is better the ethenol draws in moisture if you are near a marine get there fuel they don't use ethenol near the water because it draws the moisture
