    Clutch bearing Loosened on me

Rebuilt my first clutch. Old clutch would have come off easy if the set screws were not boogered. Started engine and the clutch flew off. The Instructions say: 1 If a new clutch bearing is to be used. Install it on the crankshaft so it is flush with the end of the crankshaft. Lock it in...

    New whacker reco’s

I have been using my Cub Cadet 4 stroke for years. For the Cub Cadet I have the brush cutter attachment from ryobe, and it works well. It will start easier than my Stihl. If I am only trimming a little, I grab my Dewalt 20V trimmer.

    Had to make noise

Finally got the PTO and starter pulley off the K-161. I had to drill out two of the pointed set screws. The first one I drilled all the way through the set screw and into the bearing and broke the drill bit off. I was a little more careful on the last one. I did booger the set screw threads. Is...

Looks like someone ran it low on oil. So a broken rod was the result. I am going the 7hp for now, because that is what I have. K FOR KOHLER NOT KIEKHAFER
