    147 48in mower deck

Thanks guys. Here it is on my Cub. I mowed with it for a few years before I inherited my dad’s zero turn. The deck worked great.

    147 48in mower deck

I combined a good 2nd Gen shell and 3rd Gen spindles to build a good 48” deck for my 129. The original shell was half gone from rust holes. I built new baffles from 12 ga steel and replaced the skids with spherical gauge wheels on custom mounts. I also welded 1/2” black pipe along the bottom...

    Mini 1466 clone

I don’t see how you could possibly make it look any worse than how it was originally installed. You should be able to use some of the lift parts from a 149. Cylinder, valve, rockshaft.

Good luck lifting that plow with the armstrong lift. 😳 Definitely need a spring assist or maybe two.

    Mini 1466 clone

Looks great with the big tires and scale fenders. I may have to build a set of fenders like that. I do have a spare fender pan from a Quietline.

    Mini 1466 clone

Did you get it back together for the plow day? I have no info on the hood on the mini 5 Mil tractor, just the pics.

    66 series clone 129

I decided to narrow the front wheels 1” to 4-3/8” wide to get the tire sidewalls to stick out past the wheels. The Firestones don’t have the step between the bead and sidewall like all other tires I’ve used. I also added fake lug bolts to the wheels and put in tubes.

    Caddigger 508 for 1512

Nice work! Something is missing though. A thumb will make the hoe even more useful.

Here’s a couple more pics of the mini 5Mill and my own mini 66 series

    Front Blade

Nice work. It’s possible to move the hydraulic levers to the left side on QuietLine tractors. Probably a little more work involved with a twin stick.

    66 series clone 129

I haven’t worked on it lately. I did take some measurements from some of my brother’s full size weights to get the scaling correct.

Welcome Gary. By kick start engines, I assume you’re referring to the Maytag engines.

    Newbie from Columbus Ohio

Welcome Ron. Does your 125 have the rear lift setup? You will need it to use a tiller or plow on your Cub. A spring assist will help with lifting the heavy tiller and snow thrower. You’ll want an extended sleeve hitch adapter to clear the tiller gearbox so that you can use a plow without having...

    This should help.

    Thread size/pitch.

I’m almost certain the thread is 5/8”-18. A thread file would be cheaper and each file has 8 different pitches on it.

This is the style you need.
